Envision a sparkling and seamless event where everyone is enjoying, including the speaker; all seats are filled with keenly interested guests. Remind your guests about tomorrow’s event. Sony Centre for the Performing Arts 1 Front Street East (Yonge and Front) The lobby opens at 3.30 pm The hall opens at 6.00 pm TICKETING Bring along your registration sheet. Or take a photo of it with your smart phone. OR at least write down and bring the confirmation number. This is especially important if you need Translation or Special Needs. Tickets are random. They are available for pick up at 3.30 pm on Sunday. ---------------------------------- TRANSPORTATION If you are driving allow sufficient time. Construction and road closures everywhere. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Subway Station: Union Station or King Station. From Union Station walk east on front Street From King Station, walk east and south GO train station is Union Station CHARTERED BUS If you need transportation, school buses have been rented. There is still space available. There are a few prearranged locations where you can get on the bus and be dropped off at the Sony Centre. See Charter Bus plan below BY CAR Gardiner /Lake Shore exit off Jarvis or Yonge Street and travel north to Front Street. Ample parking available at Church and Esplanade green P parking lot. TRANSLATION Translation head sets are available at a cost of $10 per headset. Please arrive before 6.30pm, as the translation distribution desk will close. DO NOT TAKE HEADSETS HOME WITH YOU. These translation headsets will not work outside of the venue. Please leave them at the Sony Centre.
